To use this service you will need to create an account with your own username and password. Then you'll need a PIN number, so use the Request a PIN link and we'll send it to you. Once you have your PIN, you'll also need the account number from your bill. Council Tax numbers start with 8, Business Rates with 4 and Benefits with 5.
