We believe children learn best when they feel happy, safe and secure; with strong trusting relationships with the adults and children around them. Our ethos is to educate the whole child and we have developed our curriculum to raise aspirations and broaden children’s understanding of the world around them.

The content of our curriculum is based on the National Curriculum and objectives are taught according to topics (please see School Topic overview and Year group overview). We use cornerstones to ensure coverage of objectives across the whole of the school and subject leaders have created progression of skills and knowledge documents to ensure children build upon their prior learning.
