Derby City NHS Primary Care Trust and Children's Services brings together a range of health services for children, young people and their parents and carers in a range of settings - clinics, hospitals, Children’s Centres, their own homes, schools and residential settings. Our aim is to provide health care to meet children's needs in the most appropriate environment.
You can contact us through ChatHealth. ChatHealth is a secure and confidential text messaging service for parents and young people. It allows you to easily get in touch with a healthcare professional for advice and support. You don’t have to give your name if you don’t want to; you can still send a message to get advice or to chat with us about any worries you may have.

The drop in sessions allows parents, carers and their children a chance to ask for information, gain help and advice with problems in regards to:
- General child health issues
- General health issues for mother and baby: weigh baby, weaning, nutrition, toileting, bedtime routines and breastfeeding support etc
