Service Description
Service Description:A weekly youth club for young people to socialise with their peer groups. The club is young person lead with them choosing what activities they would like to do. It is open to young people who have a mild to moderate disability and live to Derbyshire or Derby. The club is held at Umbrella House and out in the community.
