We are now able to offer specialised short-term counselling for addiction, including but not limited to: alcohol, drugs, gambling, social media, pornography, sex, hoarding, shopping/spending. This consists of 6 sessions but can be extended if required. Fee per session: £35. Please ask for specialised addiction counselling when you phone or email us.

Green Lane Counselling & Psychotherapy is an affordable service based at 61 Friar Gate in the centre of Derby which aims to make counselling accessible to everyone. We work with clients from the age of 5 upwards. We offer face-to-face, online or telephone sessions.

If you feel you cannot cope - whether because of sudden change or crisis in your life, or because of longer term issues – Green Lane Counselling and Psychotherapy may be able to help.

By talking together, we can help you better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe, confidential environment where you will be treated with respect and compassion. We can work together to help you make choices that could lead to positive changes in your life.

The initial assessment for individuals is £20 and sessions are £35. The initial assessment/introductory session for couples is £45 and sessions are £45. A parent/caregiver consultation is £20. Reduced fees are available for anybody who is not able to pay the full fee.
