• Customer Service In A Cafe
• Basic Baking
• Food Storage
• Using Pictoral Recipes
• Praeparing And Baking Biscuits
• Cooking An Omelette
You will be keeping a workbook and photos can be used as evidence.
You will be assessed at interview and
prices may vary depending on
support needs.
Full Day 9.00 – 15.00 from £40
Half Day 9.00 – 12.00 or
Half Day 12.30 – 15.00 from £25
