About the service
Service Description:Field Lane Football Club are a non-profit making organisation, run by volunteers, for the benefit of young children and young adults, who wish to pursue the sport of competitive football. The teams are from under 7's to under 18's plus two senior teams, under 7's and under 8's play in non-competitive games. New players of all abilities are welcome from the age of 6, players are asked to wear shin pads and suitable footwear. Once you have joined Field Lane Football Club, each player will receive a kit.
Parents/Guardians of new players are required to fill in a Player Registration Form, League Registration form and Read and sign the club's Constitution and return to the relevant manager. Contact and Medical information is stored in the managers medical bag to be used in case of any emergency which may occur.
As a Charter Standard Club, all volunteers are CRB checked and attend a Safeguarding Children and First Aid Course. All Coaches are required to complete FA Level 1 coaching in football and other relevant courses. All are reviewed every 3 years.
Field Lane Football hold an annual tournament each year which attracts around 200 teams from around the midlands. This is a great way to end the season, anyone interested in entering please visit the tournament page:
