| Service Description: | Our Derby City dementia support service encouraging wellbeing, keeps you up to date with information on the things that matter to you and offers support surrounding dementia.
Our expert dementia advisers provide memory assessments, a living well programme, carer groups, respite groups and activity sessions. All of which help you to live well with dementia and enjoy as full and active life as possible.
We are here to help you to stay independent and support you as you respond to the different issues presented by memory loss and dementia.
