We can also give advice and information to professionals working with deaf children. Opening hours
Our regular opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
The Helpline will close for the festive season at 5pm on Friday 21st December 2018. We will re-open at 9am on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
The Helpline is closed on all Bank Holidays observed in England.
