ESTABLISHED 1993
Disability Direct was created in 1993 by a group of disabled people who saw a need for good reliable information.
The charity started off small with just a few volunteers but soon grew to become the largest user-led charity in the UK.
Our Welfare Rights service was created soon after forming the charity and this is the only project that has continued throughout our 30+ years. |
