| Service Description: | We provide a range of fun, exciting activities for children and young people who have a mild/moderate disability and/or special educational need and do not meet the high threshold for other support services and do not require 1:1 or 1:2. The service provides evening sessions as well as day time sessions during the school holidays, The aim of the activities are to encourage socialisation, empower young people, broaden horizons, develop independence skills and encourage young people to make informed decisions. |
