About the service

Service Description:
Transition/Ready for School

For families of children and young people from 2-19, moving into a new education setting, who are autistic/have social communication needs or are awaiting a referral to the paediatrician.

To gain information and practical ideas on how you can support your child with their transition into nursery, school or college.

Book a place for yourself and a supportive family member or friend (2 places per family)
Please note this session is for adults only – we have no provision for children.
