About the service

Service Description:
Our Community Hub
Our new Community Hub on Parcel Terrace in Derby is a vibrant community centre, providing a variety of support for people at risk of homelessness, poverty, social isolation, and the cost-of-living crisis.

The community hub provides open access to anyone that needs help, no appointments necessary, and it is free of charge.

Supporting organisations, such as Derby City Council, DWP and Derby Food 4 Thought Alliance can refer clients to us, or we can assess people for emergency food, clothing, and toiletry parcels on a case-by-case basis.

The Hub has a community café, launderette, and community kitchens where you can prepare and cook your own meals. Our community pantry will offer food and other vital household items at affordable prices.
